Fatim Kamara

Fatim Kamara born on the 10 of April 1994 some where in Kenema District to Fatmata Bayoh Kamara and the late  Momodu Ba Kamara in the Eastern part of sierra Leone, She attended the Ansarul Islamic Secondary School in Kenema. She furthered to the tertiary level and now studying Public Sector Management at  Institute of Public Administration and Management – University of Sierra Leone. She is single and speaks Krio, Mandingo, Susu, English a bit of  Fullah.

Career

Fatima Kamara is an Actor. She fell in love with acting while in primary school. She looked to Genevieve Nanji, the Nigerian super actor as her idol. Then she decided to also become an actress.  She proceeded to the secondary school where she used to take part in a variety (drama) shows every December. She joined a drama group, and started acting plays till junior secondary school – level two.

Her friend told her about a movie group called Dove Media. She went ahead to join group and was accepted. The groups’ leader was based in Freetown; he asked that they acted a play and would after all send a movie script. The play went well.

They then went ahead to rehearse for the movie, which was titled ‘’Behind Us’’. She made her debut appearance in a lead role of the movie just at the age of 15, while in JSS 3, in 2010. She then did her second movie, and went as a contestant for the first Edition of the Sierra Leone next movie star reality TV show. Today, she is definitely one of the outstanding female actors you may love to come across.
