The movie M’Bomposseh which was directed by Joseph Fiamaple alias Jmef and produced by Aminata Aminash Kabba is set to be released on the 5th of November 2021 at the Sierra Light House – Aberdeen – Freetown. This movie is arguably one of the movies that feature the prolific Sierra Leone actors from across the country.
It is one true Sierra Leone fictional movie that brings to life the heroism of a female warrior. Set in the pre-colonial era of Sierra Leone when the stories of heroes were sung as ballads, the princess M’boposseh is set to showcase the strength of a true female warrior.
Story Line
M’Bomposseh lost her father the chief of the Rogban Clan into the hands of their enemies. She wandered off terror, became a warrior and returned to claim her clan.
