Prosper Ibrahim Bannister Weds Melrose Kanu

Popular actor, Prosper Ibrahim Bannister wedded Melrose Kanu on the 18th of May 2022 in Makeni City.

Prosper Ibrahim Bannister, is a versatile actor, senior teacher at the Ansaru Islamic Secondary School in Makeni and a senior journalist working for the Sierra Leone Broadcasting Corporation, North-West Branch.

Prosper started as a stage actor and later turned to movie acting nearly two decades ago. He is one of the most eloquent male actors that can interpret any role.

 His previous wife, with who he had a kid passed on two years ago. The wife was the elder sister of the late Elija Musa Dean, who served as president of the Northern Movie Makers Alliance from 2012 till he passed on.

The actor posted beautiful pictures of their wedding ceremony in celebration of the love he shares with his new wife.  But he could not forget his late wife by including a comment about her in his post.

”My happiness is my priority!!!! I thought I have lost it when I lost my wife about two years ago, I was hopeless thinking if I will get a perfect replacement. God sent you Frances Melrose Kanu now Mrs Barnister. You were afraid to accept me but destiny refused you. They told you all sorts of things but you kept your head up trying to fulfil your promise of wiping my tears and making me happy once again. And you have done just that so you deserve more than just getting married to you. I promise to love you with every bit of my life darling wife. Thank you for ignoring their noise and accepting me and my children. May God keep us in love, peace, good health and in prosperity forever.
