Samuel Ibrahim Robinson is a Filmmaker, the Chairman for the Western Rural District Film Union and civil servant with the Western Rural District Council. He is a very staunch member of the All Peoples Congress, one of the leading political parties in Sierra Leone.
He is not an ordinary member but one that has a lot of following and recognition within the party members in his own ward. Samuel is a very loyal person to the incumbent chairman of the Western Rural District Council -Kasho J Holland-Cole.
