Dr. Abdul Karim Bangura was born on the 26th of August 1953 in Bo, Sierra Leone to Kunda Bangura and Fatmata (Jalloh) Bangura. He moved to the United States of America in his later life and naturalised as a citizen of the United States.
Dr. Abdul Karim Bangura is a Sierra Leonean author, academic administrator, researcher, and scientist. He happens to be the most educated man in the world and he is said to speak 18 languages; Krio, Temne, Mende, Fula, Kono, Sherbro, Limba, Kiswahili, English, Spanish, Italian, French, German, and Swedish.
He’s a Senior Mentor of the CODESRIA College of Mentors and a Researcher-in-Residence of Abrahamic Connections and Islamic Peace Studies at American University’s Center for Global Peace.
He holds a PhD in Political Science, a PhD in Development Economics, a PhD in Linguistics, a PhD in Computer Science and a PhD in Mathematics. His academic achievement includes; M.S., Linguistics, M.A, International Studies, BA, International Studies and Diploma.
It is reported that he has written over 70 books and more than 600 academic articles.
